Super easy to get an Old Skool Training Membership, Send a text to (916) 539-0140, Asking to set up an appointment time to come into Old Skool Trining for a gym tour & to talk about sign up for a membership with a Team Member. An Old Skool Training Team Member will then get back to you on a time & date we have available to get you started. 


Open 7 days a week from  5am - 11pm. Open on all holidays. 



Monday through Friday from 8 am – 5 pm, EST. They will respond to your inquiry as soon as possible.


Here at Old Skool Training we operate with a safe lock door system, the only way to enter the gym is by an appointment or a Key Fob attached to a current gym membership. The Key Fob will unlock the door for you to get in and once it shuts behind you the door will lock automatically. Which means no one can enter Old Skool Training gym with out a Key Fob. 


Here’s how you can be save and do your part to help keep Old Skool Training & you healthy:

  • The CDC recommends you wash your hands for at least 20 seconds with soap and water before using equipment
  • Remember to disinfect equipment before and after use
  • Maintain physical distance between members and employees
  • Please stay home if you're not feeling well. Don’t worry, we’ll be here for you when you feel better!


Yes, we do! You will find increased sanitization stations throughout the gym, fully stocked with disinfectant spray,  paper towels and hand sanitizer. We want to keep our Old Skool Training community strong & healthy!


Our employees will be conducting increased, thorough cleanings throughout all areas of the gym using disinfectant on the EPA list effective against COVID-19. Old Skool Training has a cleaning team that comes in every Friday afternoon and deep cleans the whole gym for your safety. 


Your health and safety is our #1 priority, and we're committed to keeping our gym clean and safe as we know working out is essential for your physical and mental well-being. The State of the art security system we have in the gym is the best for your personal belongings and information. We’ve always had extremely high cleanliness and sanitization standards  as well in Old Skool Training. Our employees conduct regular and thorough cleaning of all equipment, surfaces, and areas of the club and regularly complete deep cleanings. Although we cannot eliminate all risks associated with COVID-19, we've taken several additional steps to strengthen our existing cleanliness policies and procedures to help keep you and our employees safe.

Below is what you can expect when you visit your local club:

  • The wellbeing of our employees and members continues to be our number one priority. Old Skool Training employees, members and guests should adhere to individual state and local mask requirements.
  • All employees will have completed extensive training related to our enhanced cleanliness and sanitization policies and procedures
  • Increased, thorough cleaning will be conducted using disinfectant on the EPA list effective against COVID-19. Increased sanitization stations will be available throughout the gym floor for member use.
  • Key Fob Entry and door handle cleaned daily. 
  • We do ask all members to clean the gym equipment after every use.
  • Cubby storage is cleaned daily but we do ask our members to clean once done with it. 
  • Safe Key Fob door access
  • Gym Masters & Paysafe computer system to protect all of Old Skool Training's Memberships & personal information associated with a Old Skool Training membership.
  • And for extra piece of mind we have security cameras throughout the gym


While we hate to see you cancel your membership, our cancellation process is simple, so the best way to begin the cancellation process is to contact Old Skool Training's Membership Team at oldskooltraining1@gmail.com. Or Mail it to Old Skool Training at 4235 Pacific Street, Suite A. Rocklin, Ca 95677. The cancellation must be in written form in an email or letter to be able to process the cancelation correctly. Or you can stop by Old Skool Training and drop a hand written letter in person to start your cancelation process. If the gym has no one to speak with or you have other questions, please contact our Membership Team at oldskooltraining1@gmail.com. Please note that the Member Services department is open Monday through Friday from 8 am – 5 pm, EST. They will respond to your inquiry as soon as possible.

The Gym Maintenance Fee is once a year fee that will be charged automatically to your gym membership.
