Personal Training Policies

Personal Training Requirements

  • Personal Training is available only to active Old Skool Training members.
  • No exceptions.
  • All personal training fees must be paid directly to Jennifer Wyatt before your first session each month.

Session Policy

  • All sessions must be used during the month they are purchased.
  • Sessions do not roll over to future months.
  • Missed or no-show appointments are forfeited.
  • To avoid losing a session, please reschedule at least 48 hours in advance.

Personal Training Packages

Best Value Packages

30-Minute Sessions

8 Sessions (2x per week) – $200
12 Sessions (3x per week) – $300
16 Sessions (4x per week) – $400

Why it's a great deal:
The regular price is $25 per 30-minute session. Eight sessions would normally cost $200, and larger packages provide the best value for members committed to reaching their goals.

1-Hour Sessions

8 Sessions (2x per week) – $280
12 Sessions (3x per week) – $420
16 Sessions (4x per week) – $560

Individual Session Pricing

30-Minute Sessions

  • 2 Sessions – $50
  • 4 Sessions – $100
  • 6 Sessions – $150

1-Hour Sessions

  • 2 Sessions – $70
  • 4 Sessions – $140
  • 6 Sessions – $210

Scheduling

Most members choose the 8-session package, which provides two 30-minute training sessions per week.

Members may purchase more than 16 sessions per month if desired. Please remember that all sessions must be used during the month purchased and do not carry over to the following month.
